Privacy Policy:
Information that you may submit to How Many Baskets through this website is governed by the How Many Baskets privacy policy. We will never, share, sell or otherwise distribute private information submitted to this website to an outside third party. All information is encrypted, protecting against illegal disclosure.
Shipping Terms and Policy:
You may place your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders will be processed Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm EST. We strive to ship all orders within 1- 2 business days from the date of your order. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered delivery dates and do not count toward the time a package is in transit to its destination. How Many Baskets has several shipping methods and charges available for each product which you may select during the checkout process.
If your order is received by 12:00 p.m. EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we will make every attempt to ship the same day. Otherwise, we will ship your order on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak holiday periods (Christmas and Mother's Day) allow an extra (1) day for shipping.
If you order before the cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 2-7 business days, depending upon destination site and shipping method. U.P.S. does not guarantee specific arrival dates for ground service. For guaranteed arrival dates select 2-day or overnight.
How Many Baskets is not responsible for shipping delays that result from processing issues on the part of the shipping vendors or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by the shipping vendors, so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping.
Canceling/Returns Policy:
We are committed to processing your order as soon as it is received, so we are unable to accept cancellations, once you have placed your order with us. Due to the majority of our gift baskets containing food products, gift baskets are not returnable and all sales are final.
Enclosure cards:
All our gifts include an enclosure card with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name so the recipient will know who the gift is from.
Substitutions:
At times we may have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always use a substitute of equal or greater value.
Perishable Products:
Due to rising temperatures (June, July and August), How Many Baskets will at its discretion substitute chocolate items for candy and cookies to ensure that your recipients receive the highest quality of gourmet gifts. During the summer months chocolates must be shipped on ice and via 2nd, 3rd or Next day shipping. Any gift including fresh fruit or perishable food products must be shipped via 2nd or Next day shipping. Standard ground shipping is not advisable during the summer months for the above mentioned items.
Accurate Information:
We strive to maintain a timely and precise delivery, so it is important that you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. As long as you do this, your gifts will be delivered promptly and efficiently. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes, or addresses outside the U.S. If your order is addressed to a P.O. box, APO address, is incomplete or incorrect a $15.00 reroute fee will be charged.
Payment:
We are happy to accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa.
Sales Tax:
HOW MANY BASKETS charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Miscellaneous:
We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. Our gift baskets are shrink-wrapped, surrounded by plenty of packing materials and carefully packed in a shipping box to protect both the aesthetic packaging of the gift and the actual products. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping vendor and must be filed with the carrier accordingly. Please retain all packing materials for the claims process.
